New Book: The Little Book of Horse Racing Law

As we get ready to celebrate the Kentucky Derby and another year's Run for the Roses on May 3, 2014, take a look at the laws covering horse racing.

From the New Book Table:

The Little Book of Horse Racing Law by Charles A. Palmer & Robert J. Palmer is 21 chapters of unusual, unpredictable people and circumstances from the racing world meeting the stricter confines of the legal world.

Chapters cover topics such as search and seizure at the racetrack and cloning horses.  The book covers other more typical legal topics, such as insurance and betting, as well as some horse world mysteries.  The chapter on The Mystery of Shergar will  leave you wondering what happened to this prize winning stallion.
