Forms from the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts

Finding appropriate legal forms is sometimes difficult, so it is a great help that the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has prepared and made available some basic forms for use by practitioners. The forms can be found here. Note that there is a link to Bankruptcy forms on this page. Collier's on Bankruptcy does have forms, but it is good to have an alternative source.
